Advising a client? We will not go round you, and we will not pay you.

For those who advise a client professionally: accountants, lawyers, notaries, private bankers, family officers, insolvency practitioners, agencies. Your client owns or is looking for a significant property in the region: we open the conversations, you remain the adviser.

The client stays yours.

We do not pay referral fees and we do not ask for them. We do not go around you. We keep you informed at every step, if the client wishes. Your client's name comes later, with their consent.

You advise the client; we put the parties in touch and disclose the risks we know of, as Italian law requires of an estate agent (Civil Code, art. 1759)¹.

1. You write using the form below, or call us, without your client's name. If the form arrives, you receive a key beginning with BIZ.
2. A person from the agency replies, with their full name, and we arrange the first meeting: with you alone, or with you and the client.
3. If we go ahead, the client signs the agency agreement, with you alongside if you wish.

The first meeting is free of charge.

After that, Italian law on brokerage applies: commission is due only to a registered estate agent, and only if the deal is concluded as a result of the agent's involvement (Civil Code, art. 1755¹; Law 39/1989, art. 6²). The terms are therefore set out in a written agency agreement, on the forms filed with the Chamber of Commerce, before any work begins: whoever instructs us knows from the outset what they will pay, and in which case.
