You own something important. Let us start with what matters to you.

For those who own something significant: a hotel, an entire building, a shop or office on a street that matters, a warehouse, land. Alone or with others: heirs, partners, a company.

Many of the owners we work with had never thought of selling. You do not need to have decided in order to talk: until you say yes in writing, neither your name nor the property's leaves the room, and we speak only in terms of type, broad area and size band.

You can write to us without giving your name.

Selling is not the only answer:

• Sell the property, or the business that operates in it.
• Let the property, or lease the business.
• Hand the running to an operator, while remaining the owner.
• Sale and leaseback: release the value of the property and stay in it.
• Keep it, and do nothing. Sometimes that is the right course: if it is, we tell you.

1. You write using the form below, or call us. We do not ask for the address or the name of the property. If the form arrives, you receive a key beginning with BIZ.
2. A person from the agency replies, with their full name, and we arrange the first meeting: by telephone, by video call or at Via Torino 34, Trieste.
3. At the meeting, with no documents, we talk about what matters to you beyond the price. At the end we tell you the next step, or why we are not the right people.

The first meeting is free of charge.

After that, Italian law on brokerage applies: commission is due only to a registered estate agent, and only if the deal is concluded as a result of the agent's involvement (Civil Code, art. 1755¹; Law 39/1989, art. 6²). The terms are therefore set out in a written agency agreement, on the forms filed with the Chamber of Commerce, before any work begins: whoever instructs us knows from the outset what they will pay, and in which case.
