What happens after you write to us
You can write to us in English or Italian, and we reply in either.
The steps
- The form goes out. We show «Received» only when our system has confirmed it has it; then you receive your key, beginning with BIZ. If it does not arrive, we tell you, and the form stays filled in.
- The enquiry goes into the TriesteVillas system, built in-house, and does not leave the agency.
- A person from the agency replies, with their full name, in Italian or English, as you chose in the form.
- The first meeting: by telephone, by video call or at Via Torino 34, Trieste. The first meeting is free of charge.
- The two keys: the owner's written yes and the vetting of whoever receives the information, before any name.
- The paperwork, the numbers, the way forward: in that order.
When price comes up
Not at the first meeting. First the paperwork, then the numbers, then the market.
What we never do
- Give your name to third parties without your consent.
- Add you to lists or mailings you did not ask for.
- Publish your property.
- Contact employees, tenants or your bank without you.
- Ask you for money.
