Where we write from
Today we write from addresses ending in @triestevillas.com. We will use addresses ending in @triestebusiness.it only once email from that domain is authenticated, and we will say so here. Check the domain letter by letter: if it does not match exactly, the message is not from us.
The key
Anyone who writes to us through the form receives a key beginning with BIZ. Quote it when you call or write again: we find your enquiry straight away. The key is not a password.
The stamp
On the website, after a successful submission, an embossed stamp appears. Our stamp is not a document: if you see it on a request for money, the request is not ours.
Anti-money-laundering and cash
We identify buyer, seller and the beneficial owner (Legislative Decree 231/2007)1. Payments between the parties go through traceable channels, within the legal limits on cash (Legislative Decree 231/2007, art. 49)1. We never ask for money to put anyone in touch.
We do not publish listings: a listing in our name is fake.
