Guides
What weighs on a transaction, set down before the notary points it out.
Each guide answers a question we are actually asked: how you become the owner of a property in Trieste, what you are really buying when you buy a hotel, what happens if one of three siblings does not want to sell.
The law is cited article by article, with the date we read it. Every guide is published after an adversarial check against primary sources and a second legal reading, both carried out by AI agents and recorded against the fingerprint of the text; no notary, accountant or lawyer has reviewed them yet, and if one does, we will say so here. Each guide carries its revision log: versions, fingerprint, corrections. Where we do not know something, we say so.
They are guidance, not advice: they are there to help you ask the right questions of your own notary, accountant and lawyer. The guides contain no properties for sale: they explain how transactions work.
You can write to us in English or Italian, and we reply in either.
